Fusion Aesthetics Returns Policy

At Fusion Aesthetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer returns in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guidelines.

Change of Mind Returns

Please choose your products carefully, as we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind on beauty or skincare products due to hygiene reasons. However, if your product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

  • The item must be in resalable condition.
  • You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • Store credits will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, or is found to be faulty, Fusion Aesthetics will happily provide a refund, exchange, or store credit, as required by law.

  • You must notify us of any issues with your product within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We may request photographs of the damaged or faulty product to assist with our assessment.
  • Once your return is approved, Fusion Aesthetics will cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@fusionaesthetics.com.au with your order number and details of your request (e.g. refund, exchange).
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit as applicable.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are only provided for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products as per Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened beauty or skincare products.
  • Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance."

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
